This unusual and elegant, tall creamy white Art Deco vase is unglazed and has asymmetrically set scrolled handles. The body is moulded with bands of horizontal ribbing that are overlapped by diagonal bands. Possibly inspired by other potteries of the era who left matt finishes on their vases, this is a super sculptural vase and is very much a style of its time, yet modern and therefore ideal for today's interiors.
Dimensions: height 16cm, diameter at rim approx. 13cm. SylvaC style no. 1346. See images which form part of description. The unglazed version is believed to be rare and collectible.
