Your order will be despatched within 2-4 working days from the date of your order. If you require something urgently, once you have placed your order, please email us via the contact page to let us know.
All items featured are one-off vintage pieces and so please understand that they may show signs of their age and wear. Any obvious defects will be noted with the product description and shown in photographs which form part of the description.
All items purchased can be delivered in the UK. If you live in another country, do email us, stating your location and we can give you a quote for delivery. Any items shipped outside of the UK the purchaser is liable for all import and custom duties incurred. Once full payment is made we will despatch your products.
UK P&P DETAILS:
Delivery within the U.K. is with either Royal Mail or ParcelForce dependent on weight and size of boxes needed to ship and we send out deliveries in groups, once or twice a week. All items will need to be signed for.
We have a flat rate postage for values of items as follows:
SMALL Value of item: £5 - £9.99 - P&P £2.99
MEDIUM Value of item: £10 - £19.99 - P&P £4.99
LARGE Value of item: £20+ - P&P £8.99
NOTE: if you order multiple items, the MAXIMUM postage charge for all items sent together is £8.99.
The only exception to this is if the item is furniture or is particularly large/heavy - see final paragraph below.
We aim to process all orders as soon as possible after payment is made. If any delay is anticipated (due to postal action or national holidays) we will contact you.
If urgent next day service is required, please email us via our contact page as delivery/postage rates will be higher than those listed above - an estimate will be supplied and agree prior to shipping.
With furniture or much larger/heavier items, courier service is advised and will be priced and invoiced separately. Please contact me for details as quotes will be supplied.
