An early transfer ware cup and saucer with botanical print, gilt detailing and hand painted finishing. Believed to be by T Fell & Co. Newcastle upon Tyne (c. 1817-90) in the Aurell style. A decorative and useful piece for those that love a cup and saucer with the capacity of a mug!
Dimensions: cup - height 10.5cm, diameter at rim 12cm. Saucer - 20cm diameter. Hand painted numbers on reverse, plus Aurell style printed on base of saucer.
